WrestleMania XL is a pay per view live streaming event produced by WWE. It is the 40th annual WrestleMania and took place as a two-night event on April 6 and 7, 2024, at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The event is airing via pay-per-view (PPV) and livestreaming and is being held for wrestlers from Raw and SmackDown. This is the second WrestleMania to be held in both the city of Philadelphia and state of Pennsylvania, after WrestleMania XV in 1999. This is the first WrestleMania held after the company was sold to Endeavor. This subsequently marks the first WrestleMania under the TKO banner and with WWE not under The McMahon Family control. This is also the final WrestleMania event to livestream on the standalone WWE Network that is still available in most countries outside the United States, as beginning in January 2025, the service in those countries will shut down, with WWE content moving to Netflix.
