Payback (2013) was a pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by WWE. It took place on June 16, 2013 at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. It was the first annual Payback event, and replaces WWE No Way Out. The event received 186,000 buys, down from the last year's No Way Out pay per view of 194,000.
