Brian Heffron (born May 18, 1973), better known by the ring name The Blue Meanie, is an American professional wrestler and actor. He is best known for his appearances with ECW from 1995 to 2000 and WWE from 1998 to 2005. His ring name is a reference to the Blue Meanies, creatures from the 1968 animated film Yellow Submarine. He was a member of the Blue World Order.
