- PJ Black - October 23, 2015 - Won a four-way match over Jigsaw, TJ Perkins, and Virgil Flynn to become the inaugural champion.

- Cody Rhodes - November 25, 2016
DEACTIVATED - June 4, 2017 - it was reported that Rhodes' contract with Impact Wrestling had expired while he was champion. The championship has since been Deactivated.
